The Tipp team celebrated their All Ireland win with a bit of trad in the dressing room
ON SUNDAY, TIPPERARY beat Kilkenny in the All Ireland Hurling final, and crowds gathered at Semple Stadium in Thurles to welcome them home.
Now, footage has emerged of the moments right after the final, when the team returned to the dressing room for a bit of a celebration.
Sky Sports GAA captured them belting out The Galtee Mountain Boy – the folk song has particular significance to the team as former member Pat Kerwick sang it the last time they collected the Liam McCarthy Cup, in 2010.
If you’re a Tipp fan, it’ll hit you right in the feels:

Shout out to the lads who jumped out of the shower especially to join in.
